This is a Workmen's Compensation case. Romie L. Mason was killed in a car accident on Tuesday, January 20, 1959, at about 10:30 p. m. A claim for benefits for his widow, Dorothy V. Mason, and their infant daughter was disallowed by the referee and the full Commission. An appeal was taken to the Circuit Court.
