The conviction is for driving while intoxicated; the punishment, 90 days in jail and a fine of $500.

The testimony of two police officers of the City of Houston shows that they saw the appellant at the scene where an automobile had run into another automobile parked at the curb on a public street; and that the appellant stated at the scene that he was the driver of the automobile that ran into the one that was parked.
