PER CURIAM.

This cause came on again to be heard upon the return of the respondent to the writ of habeas corpus issued by this court on March 22, 1960, and the court now being fully advised and convinced that the relator is properly in custody of the respondent under valid sentence imposed in the Circuit Court of Putnam County, Florida.

It is, therefore, ordered that the writ of habeas corpus be discharged.
