In re FLORIDA APPELLATE RULES.

PER CURIAM.

Rule 4.5, subd. c (6), 31 F.S.A., be and the same is hereby amended by adding the following sentence to the sixth paragraph thereof, viz.: "Petitioner shall file such reply brief as he deems necessary and serve a copy of the same on respondent within ten days after he had been served with a copy of respondent's brief."

This rule shall take effect on the day this order is filed in the Clerk's office.
