Defendants Temp-Resisto Corporation and Samuel Kaplan & Sons, Inc. (appellants) appeal from a judgment in favor of Deering, Milliken & Co. Inc. (appellee) sustaining the validity of Patents Nos. 2,630,620 and 2,630.573, issued March 10, 1953.
