In an action for declaratory relief, dissolution of a joint venture and an accounting, defendant John Slawter appeals from an adverse interlocutory judgment which found that the joint venture is indebted to plaintiffs in the sum of $191,237.09, plus interest at 7 per cent per annum from September 1, 1958, dissolved the joint venture, ordered the sale of its property and the winding up of its affairs. Plaintiffs have moved this court to make additional findings...
