This is an action by the executrix of the estate of Mary Zubiena to set aside the transfer, on March 27, 1964, of 294 shares of stock of American Telephone and Telegraph Company. The plaintiff executrix is Mrs. Zubiena's daughter, age 55, and the defendant James B. Salarano, Sr., is Mrs. Zubiena's brother.
