Plaintiff in error was claimant in proceedings before the Industrial Commission in which she sought to recover benefits under the Workmen's Compensation Act, C.R.S. '53, 81-1-1 et seq. She asserted that her husband, John William Owen, died as the result of an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment.
