The offense is the unlawful possession of marihuana, a narcotic drug; the punishment, 15 years.

The State's evidence, which was accepted as true by the jury, was that two police officers who had received information that appellant would shortly arrive and deliver some marihuana to one Crockett went to the place and saw the automobile which had been described to them, driven by appellant, arrive; saw appellant walk over to the person fitting...
