"I give, devise and bequeath all my lands and real estate located South of College Street Extension in the Charles Williams League in Jefferson County, Texas, to my beloved children, R. T. Pinchback, Jr., W. P. Pinchback, J. S. Pinchback and Mrs. Nan Oxford, share and share alike, for and during their lifetime with remainder upon their deaths or the death...
