In this suit for damages in the amount of $15,000 for personal injuries resulting from an automobile collision, the plaintiff has appealed from a judgment in favor of defendant entered pursuant to the jury verdict. The only contentions advanced by plaintiff on this appeal pertain to the giving of certain instructions.
