On December 11, 1955, about 9:30 p.m. plaintiff Johnson was riding home in defendant Miller's car as a guest passenger. As Miller drove his car along East Maumee street in Adrian it collided with the left rear dual wheels of a parked truck-tractor owned by the defendant Love. The truck was parked on its right side of the street (the same way the Miller car was proceeding) and was unlighted...
