This action results from a boundary line dispute between adjoining landowners. The appellee, Mrs. Williams, brought an action against the appellant, Kieffer, to establish her title by adverse possession and, also, for injunctive relief. The appellant defended as the record owner of the disputed strip of land lying between them. He filed a counterclaim against her for the recovery of a portion of his costs in the construction of
