A petition for the writ of quo warranto, which T. M. Crow filed in the Superior Court of Jackson County on January 22, 1959, against W. T. Bryan, Jr., alleges: The petitioner is a citizen and taxpayer of the City of Jefferson, and the defendant resides in the same city, which is in Jackson County.
