This is an action for a declaratory judgment in which the plaintiffs seek to have their rights adjudicated under a certain lease contract for a term of 99 years from October 15, 1909. The original petition contained a plea for an injunction and restraining order to restrain the defendants from commencing and prosecuting any dispossessory or other proceeding with respect to the occupancy of the leased premises.
