PER CURIAM.

This appeal is submitted upon a clerk's transcript. Defendant was charged by Grand Jury indictment with the offense of larceny of domestic animals, in violation of Section 709.8, Code of Iowa, 1958, I.C.A. Upon trial he was convicted by jury verdict, and judgment and sentence were rendered thereon. Defendant appeals.

We have examined the record as shown by the transcript and find no error.
