This is an appeal from a "judgment of nonsuit" in favor of defendants in a malpractice action.

A résumé of some of the facts is as follows:

Mr. and Mrs. Floro and Mr. and Mrs. Burke lived approximately across the street from each other in Whittier. Mrs. Burke claimed that Mr. Floro had attempted to molest her on Saturday afternoon, August 6, 1955. On the next day, Sunday, at about 7 p.m., the Burkes, after talking with the Floros...
