This is an action arising under the provisions of the Nebraska Workmen's Compensation Act. The case was tried before one of the judges of the workmen's compensation court who entered an order of dismissal of the plaintiff's case. The plaintiff waived rehearing before the entire compensation court and appealed directly to the district court for Cheyenne County.
