This is an action on a promissory note, payable on demand, in the principal amount of $1,896.66. A jury trial resulted in a finding and judgment for defendant. Thereafter, the trial court sustained plaintiff's motion to set aside the jury verdict and judgment and have judgment entered in accordance with its motion for a directed verdict.
