McCarthy Steamship Company (McCarthy) and Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Company (Dunbar) to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as a result of a collision between the Steamer Denmark, owned and operated by McCarthy, and the tug Sherman VI and dump scow 116, owned and operated by Dunbar.
