Continental Casualty Company, hereinafter termed Company, issued a Hospital and Nurse Expense Policy to Wilson Tarkington, hereinafter termed appellant. Between dates of October 9, 1955, and November 3, 1955, while confined to hospitals on account of sickness, he incurred expenses alleged to have been covered by the policy.
