This appeal involves the application of The New York Central Railroad Company for approval by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission of a change in the status of its station at Karthaus, Karthaus Township, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, from that of an agency freight station to that of a nonagency carload only freight station.
