A collision between an automobile and a tractor-trailer at a highway intersection gave rise to this wrongful death action. The complaint was filed by the administrator of the estate of Leslie Gilliland, Jr., the driver of the automobile. Roy Everett Shahan, operator of the tractor-trailer, and M. T.
