This is an appeal from a judgment and decree awarding to the respondent a divorce on the ground of extreme cruelty. Appellant's answer denied the charge. The lower court tried the case without a jury and found that since the marriage of the parties the appellant had treated respondent with extreme cruelty, and thereupon a judgment and decree of divorce was entered.
