Kasch from a judgment in the sum of $3,800 which the circuit court entered against him and in favor of the plaintiff, Cora Brady, a licensed real estate broker. This is, likewise, a cross-appeal by the plaintiff from the same judgment based upon a contention by the plaintiff (cross-appellant) that the amount of the judgment should have been $6,250.
