All of these claims arise from a two-car accident which occurred on September 7, 1958, at about 6:00 P.M., when the car owned and operated by claimant Jane Pace in a westerly direction on Route 17, a State highway, went out of control and crossed over into the eastbound lane immediately in front of a car owned and operated by Gerald T.
