An information was filed against Ralph George Gantner charging him with the unlawful buying, receiving, or aiding in the concealment of certain stolen property valued at more than one hundred dollars, knowing the same to have been stolen. The jury returned a verdict of guilty as charged in the information but found that the property was of a value less than one hundred dollars. The trial court thereupon sentenced Gantner to imprisonment by confinement...
