October 18, 1958, judgment was entered by the Superior Court of Los Angeles County establishing the Norwalk Call to be a newspaper of general circulation in the city of Norwalk in said county. The judgment was based upon findings that the Call, being otherwise qualified, was established, printed and published at regular intervals in the city of Norwalk in the manner set forth in sections 6000 and 6003 of the Government Code.1
