This is an action in tort for the recovery of damages for injuries to person and property of the respective plaintiffs, resulting from an automobile collision. From a judgment in favor of plaintiffs, the defendants have appealed.

The accident occurred on State Highway No. 1 at or about 11:40 P. M. on April 22, 1958, when a car driven by plaintiff, James Allen Edmonson, owned by his father and co-plaintiff...
