There is in this record an agreement for payment of compensation which all parties, in both appeals to this court, have treated as valid, and which the Board of Workmen's Compensation recognized in that the initial hearing scheduled in this case for December 16, 1958, was set to determine "change of condition." It has been well settled by the decisions of this court, and there should now be no misunderstanding...
