WARD, Justice.

This is a Workmen's Compensation case in which the Commission denied compensation to appellant, the widow of Buford M. Robbins who, until his death, was a regular employee of Elwood C. Jackson, a sawmill operator. The Circuit Court approved the finding of the Commission. Jackson's insurance carrier was made a party to the proceedings, but hereafter we will refer to Jackson as the appellee.

The Commission disallowed compensation on the ground...
