This is an appeal from two judgments rendered below, both adverse to defendants herein, Jefferson Oil Company and its insurer. These suits arise as a result of a collision which occurred December 6, 1953, between an automobile driven by Norman McGill and an oil transport truck owned by defendant and driven by an employee, Joe Viola.
