This case was argued on appeal immediately after one between the same parties, to which it was the sequel. Both were concerned with workmen's compensation. The first was an appeal by the employer and its carrier from a circuit court order dated June 1, 1959, affirming the Industrial Commission's award in favor of the claimant. We reversed (S.C., 113 S.E.2d 794
