A writ of habeas corpus was issued by the district court upon the petition of Rayburn Burris and Myrtle Burris challenging the right of Wray Hiller, Jr., and his wife, Dorothy Hiller, to the custody of John Bradley Hiller, born December 6, 1957. After a hearing, the trial court awarded custody to the petitioners who are the maternal grandparents of said minor child.
