This is an application for a writ of habeas corpus by a defendant presently incarcerated at New Jersey State Prison pursuant to a sentence of life imprisonment on a plea of non vult to an indictment for murder. The matter was referred to me by Assignment Judge Thomas J. Stanton for disposition.
