This is a suit for workmen's compensation benefits brought by Paul L. Costanzo against his alleged employer, Louis Fontenot, and Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company, as Fontenot's insurer. From an adverse judgment in the lower court, plaintiff has taken this appeal.
