An application has been made on behalf of an infant over the age of 14 years, to wit, 20 years of age, and his guardian ad litem for leave "to serve an amended Notice of Claim" upon the New York City Transit Authority.

The relief is apparently being sought pursuant to the provisions of the General Municipal Law (§ 50-e, subd. 6) since the appeal for relief directs itself...
