Torrance alone of the original plaintiffs has appealed from a judgment dismissing his suit, the object of which was to have declared invalid a resolution of the Caddo Parish Police Jury unanimously adopted on September 9, 1954, revoking a portion of Thomas Street therein described, as being no longer needed for public purposes.
