J. E. Honaker, sometimes hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, brought this action by motion for judgment to recover of Hayes Richlands Metal Products, Inc., and its alleged agent and employee, Charles Mundy, the sum of $50,000, charging that the negligence of the defendants caused a collision of plaintiff's passenger automobile with a motor truck driven by Mundy.
