This appeal was originally brought by Oahu Home Dealers and Movers, Ltd., plaintiff, from a judgment of the circuit court of the first circuit in favor of Frederick Jay Gilbert and Samuel Simeon Gilbert, Jr., defendants, in an action for relief against forfeiture of a lease. During the pendency of the appeal, plaintiff was dissolved as a corporation, and Ernest C. Gonsalves, trustee for its creditors and stockholders, was substituted as appellant...
