Appellees were named executors under an instrument alleged to be the last will and testament of Lucy Powell, deceased. That will was admitted to probate at the decedent's domicile in New Jersey, and appellees were appointed executors. These domiciliary executors obtained ancillary letters of administration in the District of Columbia in order to collect and gather decedent's assets located here.
