This is an appeal from an interlocutory judgment dissolving the Meadowbrook Investment Company, defendant corporation, and granting an affirmative judgment in favor of the individual defendants, Ray L. Gritton and Lynn Gritton, for an indeterminate amount up to $11,704.08, depending upon the net amount realized upon the sale of assets. The matter was heard before the court without a jury.
