This is an appeal by defendants, Carroll J. Rogers and Dorothy J. Stebbins, d/b/a Midwest Naturlite Co., from a judgment of contempt in an ancillary patent infringement action brought by plaintiff, Hi-Lo TV Antenna Corp.
