Judgment insofar as it is in favor of plaintiff and against defendant Dinger, reversed upon the facts, action severed, and a new trial granted, with costs to abide the event, unless the plaintiff, within 20 days after entry of the order hereon, shall stipulate to reduce from $135,400 to $75,000 the amount of the verdict in her favor against said defendant; and, in such event, the judgment as so reduced and insofar as it is in favor of plaintiff and against said defendant...
