This is an action of interpleader under 28 U.S.C.A. § 1335. Plaintiff is a fire insurance company, which issued a policy to Genie Craft Corporation, now bankrupt. Defendants are adverse claimants to all or part of the sum of $73,261.32, the net amount agreed to be due by plaintiff under its policy as the result of a fire which occurred on December 26, 1957.
