This is an action by the principal and its insurance carrier against the principal's subcontractor for reimbursement of workmen's compensation paid to an injured workman.

The subcontractor appeals from the order overruling its demurrer to the amended petition.

The workman, Walker, has been and is being paid compensation. His rights are not affected...
