This litigation is the sequel to an accident in which appellant sustained serious injuries on October 4, 1954. The accident occurred at defendant's railroad station in Perryville, Maryland. The applicable law in this diversity case is concededly that of Maryland. The case was tried to a jury which returned a verdict for the defendant. Plaintiff's appeal raises only alleged errors in the court's charge...
