This is a suit for damages for personal injuries on the part of the petitioner, Beatrice Lacour, and for reimbursement of medical expenses on the part of her husband, Nathaniel A. Lacour.

The allegations of the petition show Beatrice Lacour was a fare-paying passenger on a bus being operated by the Continental Southern Lines, Inc. in the Parish of Pointe Coupee and that while she was on said bus she received painful and serious injuries on the...
