This is a suit by plaintiff for recovery of damages for personal injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Plaintiff was a guest passenger in an ambulance owned by a partnership, Progressive Funeral Home, composed of Dora B. Davis, Rufus Stewart and Lily Mae Stewart. The vehicle was insured by the Insurance Company of the State of Pennsylvania. The partnership, its individual members and its insurer, were named as parties defendant in this action...
