This is a tort action brought by the plaintiff as administrator of the estate of his minor child, Russell T. Johnson, for personal injuries sustained by the child while riding as a passenger in a car owned and driven by Calvin M. Brantley, a resident of Detroit, Michigan. The defendants are Brantley and his liability insurer, Universal Automobile Insurance Association, an Indiana corporation not authorized...
